Asbestos Analyst

Capital Environmental Services is seeking an experienced analyst to join our Wellington team on a full-time basis.

To be the successful candidate you will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience asbestos analysis required
  • Excellent knowledge of ISO17025
  • P401 – P403 is ideal
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Science, Environmental Science or a related field
  • Ability to work in a team environment

Applicants for this role will be required to achieve Key Technical Personnel (KTP) status for Asbestos Identification and Fibre Counting, as such the above experience is essential to be considered for this role. As a qualified Asbestos Analyst, you must have exceptional attention to detail, be methodical and deadline oriented. Additionally, you must have a basic understanding of Microsoft word and excel and Laboratory Database systems experience would be highly advantageous. We are looking for someone who is a good fit within our team and can adopt our core values focused on professional safe, quality, and teamwork, with a great work ethic and behaviours that fit well with the team of staff at CES.

Experienced Asbestos Surveyor

We are interested in receiving applications from skilled and competent asbestos surveyors residing in New Zealand. Your experience shoud include managment and refurbishment/demolition surveying of commercial, industrial and residential type premises with a minimmum of 4 years working experience. Assessor skills is an advantage for dual role. Experienced Asbestos Assessor

We are interested in receiving applications from skilled and exprienced licenced asbestos assessor residing in New Zealand. Your experience shoud include four stage clearances from a range of project scales. Assessor skills is an advantage for dual role. No experience in our field?

Asbestos Assessor / Analysts - P403, P404, and Full NZ Drivers Licence Essential. WorkSafe Licenced Assessors preferred.

Asbestos Analyst - junior and skilled (P401,P403, P408). Have an interest in asbestos laboratory analysis or a skilled asbestos analysts already and are looking to receive on the job field work training? Full training provided and we welcome all interest.
